Buri miso


    An exquisite taste achieved by mixing the umami of yellowtail and sweetness of koji (malt) together. Any cuisine becomes better tasting by just adding some buri (yellowtail) miso to it as a natural soup stock. For example, use as a soup stock for miso soup and hotpots, or create a sophisticated taste by mixing it with olive oil as pasta sauce, etc.
