A well-balanced blend of bonito, pickled sardine, mackerel, kelp, and shiitake mushroom powders made in a base of buri (yellowtail) soy sauce made from “Himi kan-buri” (midwinter yellowtails from Himi region) and White Shrimp from the Toyama Bay.
Recommended for various cuisine such as Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisine. Perfect for seasoning rice balls, fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, miso soup, sushi, etc.
If used around steam, the contents will easily become damp. Please use as soon as possible and store at room temperature, avoiding high temperature, humidity and direct sunlight.
